I used digital images from an Instant Memories CD of vintage music images titled Music Pages. It was fun to mess around with them in PSE. I printed out the tag on manila cardstock.
Using an EK Success border punch I made the embellishments with white paper trimmed with buttons. The round medallion reminds me of lace neck ruffs that were worn in Elizabethan times.
